On invitation of the Center of General Education (CGED) of MIU, Saturday, January 12, 2018,  nine members of International Student Association of IUT in the leadership their president Mr. Yousf Usman from Nigeria visited MIU Gulshan and Ashulia Campus. They had formal meeting with Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. M. Umar Ali in his office at Gulshan. Mr. Hafizul Islam Mian, Treasurer, Md. Manirul Islam, Registrar, : Prof. Hemayet Hussain Khan, Head Department of English, Dean, Faculty of Arts of Humanities,  Md. Ashraful Islam, Head, Department of CSE, Md. Mahbub Alom, Head, Department of Business Administration, Mr. A.H.M. Abu Syeed, Controller of Examination, Mohammad Abul Kalam Azad, Coordinator, CGED and Assistant Advisor, Students’ Welfare, Dr. Sabiha Sultana, Assistant Professor of GED at MIU were present in the meeting. Honorable Vice Chancellor discussed different academic issues with the international students and feedback from the them. International students were highly pleased to know the academic and extra curricular activities of MIU.
